About the Founder

Stephanie Lewin, M.Ed., is the founder of Bent Not Broken: an educator, facilitator, writer, and emotional alchemist who blends psychoeducation, spirituality, and nervous-system science into a grounded, deeply transformative approach to healing. She began her career as a classroom teacher, studying language, learning, and human behavior, before expanding her work into mental health, addiction recovery, and spiritual development. Today, she creates courses, curriculum, and transformational programs built from her lived experience, evolving from the classroom to the treatment room to a wider global healing mission.

Stephanie is the author of Bent Not Broken: A Journey Through Transformation and The Little Bent Book Series, with additional books, resources, and tools designed to help people regulate their nervous system, understand their patterns, and reconnect with their authentic self. Her mission is simple: to help people remember who they are beneath their wounds and survival stories. Her voice is direct, compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about becoming someone new… it’s about remembering the wholeness that was always there.
